Full Job Description Overview:

As a Document Control Specialist, you will oversee the processing and reproduction of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and timely release. What you will be doing:
Completes and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database, including electronic logging, scanning, distribution and storage needs. Maintains and distributes daily Project Read Files. Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files. Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library. Maintains project File Index, files and library. Monitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company. Assists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.
What we are looking for:
Associate's degree preferred. 3+ years' experience in a related field required. USD $25.00/Hr.
