Job Summary This position provides direct technical support for drinking water data systems, including SDWIS/STATE and DW-SFTIES, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong database development skills, experience supporting regulatory systems, and the ability to work closely with program and technical staff in an on-site federal environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and support SDWIS/STATE and
DW-SFTIES
applications Design, develop, and maintain Oracle and relational database tables Support data migration, validation, and quality assurance activities Develop and maintain Microsoft Access applications, including queries, forms, and reports Support drinking water compliance activities in accordance with 40 CFR Part 141 Prepare monthly status reports, technical documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) and comply with QA/QC standards Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and privacy requirements Collaborate with staff, contractors, and stakeholders to support program goals Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 5+ years of database and/or application development experience Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft Access Experience supporting government, environmental, or regulatory data systems preferred Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills Additional Requirements Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO Ability to successfully pass required background checks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Why Join Our Pipeline?
