- Cherokee Nation Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Environmental - Air Quality Specialist to join our team supporting the AFIMSC Det 2 in planning, management, and execution of U.
Location:
Hickam Air Force Base, HawaiiCompensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Environmental Air Quality Specialist is negotiable. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Environmental Air Quality Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- + Provide full-time, on-site Air Quality technical services.
- Environmental Air Quality Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- + Must be an environmental engineer, physicist, or chemist + 3+ years of air quality compliance experience + BA/BS (or higher) degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in environmental engineering, atmospheric science, statistics, physics, chemistry, mathematics, meteorology, or a closely related scientific field + Experience with federal projects and Pacific region preferred + Ability to organize and gather project data, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and provide recommendations without assistance + Good organizational skills and excellent communication skills both oral and written + Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Current USA passport (or ability to obtain within five months) + Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD-issued CAC card (i.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- + Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Requires local travel to project sites.
