Strata-G is seeking experienced Engineers with the following:
Job Location:
Oak Ridge, TN. Onsite only. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Engineers with 5 or more years of experience to lead complex technical projects. This role supports critical operations, equipment design, or national security infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings advanced technical problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. DOE Q-level security clearance is desired. Key Responsibilities +
Lead Engineering Projects:
Direct the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle validation of complex systems. +
Maintain Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all operations strictly adhere to DOE orders, federal regulations, and safety envelopes. +
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with multidisciplinary groups of scientists, procurement teams, and external federal stakeholders. +
Perform Advanced Modeling:
Utilize engineering software to create detailed technical specifications, architectures, and interface definitions. +
Conduct Analysis & Troubleshooting:
Investigate technical issues, determine failure mechanisms, and implement corrective actions. +
Mentor Junior Staff:
Provide guidance and technical oversight to junior engineers to foster a collaborative culture. +
Manage Project Controls:
