OKBRAND Companies is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to oversee environmental compliance programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. The Environmental Manager will work closely with leadership teams and employees to maintain compliance standards, manage environmental reporting requirements, coordinate regulatory inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout our operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
Oversee environmental data collection and compliance activities for multiple manufacturing facilities. Prepare, review, and submit required federal and state environmental reports, including: Tier II Reporting RCRA Reporting Form R (TRI) Air Emissions Reporting Storm Water Reporting TSCA Reporting Greenhouse Gas Reporting Conduct annual reviews and updates of all required environmental plans and permits. Coordinate emissions stack testing, analyze results, and oversee testing activities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for scrubber systems and related environmental equipment. Develop and provide environmental training materials for operations personnel, including spill response, baghouse operations, and water treatment processes. Serve as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), when qualified. Serve as Incident Commander for emergency response activities. Assist during environmental inspections and regulatory audits. Interpret environmental regulations and implement programs to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field. Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and reporting requirements. Experience working with regulatory agencies and environmental inspections. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
