Responsible for assisting with reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors. Will conduct inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals and the environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise other HSSE personnel. Assist with Recommending measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials. Oversee accident investigations to assure being done properly, to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future. Investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, and other conditions that could affect employee health, comfort, or performance. Assist with the development and maintenance of hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, and asbestos management plans. Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Conduct safety training and education programs and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Provide new-employee health and safety orientations and develop materials for these presentations. Work with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Establish relationships that display honest business tactics with reporting agencies and display ProFrac as a leader in the industry. Ability to establish HSSE processes for the assigned district. Performs other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. HSSE related experience, Oil and Gas and/or Manufacturing background, DOT experience, or any professional HSE certifications. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods. Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub
