This role plays a critical part in supporting compliance initiatives and operational excellence by developing automated workflows, generating actionable insights, and producing structured documentation. This role involves collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure secure and efficient IAM operations. Essential Functions Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Graph API. Create dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Monitor IAM systems and generate regular performance, usage, and security reports. Implement alerting mechanisms across IAM platforms to detect anomalies and ensure system health. Document IAM monitoring and reporting requirements for audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM processes and reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements through structured documentation and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years in IAM, 5+ years in programming and scripting, 3+ years in reporting tools. Strong scripting and automation skills. Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus. Competencies Strong knowledge of Azure AD, role-based access control, app role assignments, and credential lifecycle management. Familiarity with IAM systems such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, SailPoint. Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Skilled in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Power Automate). Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, AWS Athena, Splunk). Understanding of VPN, SAML, and IAM federation tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to create structured documentation for technical and business audiences. Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
