MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS
in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Progressively responsible experience in hydraulic engineering, pumping system intakes and water conveyance infrastructure Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with ability to obtain Professional Engineer licensure in additional jurisdictions through comity/reciprocity Demonstrated recognition as a national or international technical authority within the hydraulic engineering profession with a strong understanding of HI standards, AWWA standards, USBR guidance, USACE guidance, and related industry best practices Extensive experience leading complex hydraulic analyses and physical hydraulic modeling studies Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Engineering related field 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in hydraulic engineering, pumping system intakes, and water conveyance infrastructure 20+ years of overall industry experience. Internationally recognized subject matter specialist in hydraulic engineering and pumping systems. Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation is not available for this position.
