Qualifications Basic Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States. 12 or more years of oil and gas industry experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, operations support, or a related discipline. Experience interpreting and applying Texas, New Mexico, or federal oil and gas regulations. Experience supporting drilling, completions, production, or facility operations. Experience supporting regulatory audits, inspections, or compliance reviews. Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodations) to travel 25% on a yearly basis. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, Business, related field, or foreign equivalent. Experience with the Railroad Commission of Texas, New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, Bureau of Land Management, State Land Office, or similar regulatory agencies. Experience evaluating proposed regulations and implementing compliance programs. Experience developing and delivering regulatory training. Experience participating in industry associations, regulatory committees, or technical workgroups. Experience improving permitting, reporting, or compliance processes.Apply By:
