Fueling Your Passion As a Key Account Technical SME - Production Chemicals, you will provide technical leadership and application support for production chemical programs across assigned Key Account customer assets. You will serve as a key technical interface between regional operations teams, global category managers, subject matter experts, and key account leadership. This role supports alignment of production chemical strategy, execution excellence, and digital initiatives across upstream assets. As a Key Account Technical SME, you will be responsible for: Providing technical support for upstream production chemical programs across Key Account customer assets. Acting as a technical liaison between regional Production Chemicals operations teams and global category managers and subject matter experts. Supporting alignment of technical initiatives with the overall Key Account strategy. Following up on production chemical technical initiatives to ensure execution consistency and value delivery across assets. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Production Chemicals portfolio to support deployment of new technical initiatives. Partnering with the Upstream Chemicals Production Portfolio Manager to align product strategy, applications, and performance objectives. Supporting regional operations by helping define and present new operating model initiatives. Coordinating with the Global Service Delivery Manager to align execution approach, standardization, and performance improvement actions. Supporting implementation of digital initiatives for production chemical applications in collaboration with regional operations teams. Connecting regional operations with the Leucipa digital development team to support deployment of digital solutions. Ensuring consistency and alignment of technical and digital initiatives across multiple upstream assets. Collaborating across cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production chemical performance. To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on Upstream production chemicals applications and operations. Demonstrate solid knowledge of production chemical programs, operational execution models, and customer performance requirements. Possess strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional, global, and customer‑facing teams. Be able to translate technical concepts into practical initiatives that support customer and business objectives. Have the ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization. Be willing to travel to support customer sites, regional alignment activities, and strategic initiatives as required. Desired Characteristics Experience supporting key or strategic customer accounts in a technical leadership capacity. Familiarity with digital tools and data‑driven optimization of production chemical programs. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills to manage multiple initiatives across geographically dispersed assets. Self‑directed approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
