Job Description

SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham is seeking an experienced Crew Chief to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging situations, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and focuses on complete customer satisfaction.
Crew Chief Responsibilities:
Customer satisfaction: monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs and concerns Evaluate damage and create job scope of work to be performed Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Identify and address safety hazards to ensure the safety of occupants and workers Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details Manage and control costs of production projects Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly 24/7 Emergency response and mitigation for water and fire damage Adhere to SERVPRO's 1-4-8 response standard

Qualifications:
Great customer service and communication skills 1+ years Crew Lead experience IICRC Water Restoration (WRT) Certification Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation High school diploma Basic math skills Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law This is your chance to join our nationally recognized company and help our customers make water and fire damage "Like It never Even Happened"!
