CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Lead San Antonio, TX Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA): Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The F&ES Lead shall be responsible for the performance of the F&ES contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following
Program Areas:
Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).
Qualifications:
Former position or experience as an installation or equivalent F&ES and Protection Assessment experience
ICW P2MR2
DoD fire & emergency services experience (>10 years) Installation protection program compliance inspection/assessment experience (>10 years) Secret clearance
Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelors degree - any discipline Firefighter II or similar certification Fire Officer IV or similar certification Fire Inspector II or similar certification Fire Instructor II or similar certification Telecommunications II or similar certification HAZMAT certified or similar certification
NIMS/ICS
trained or similar certification
