Water and Fire Mitigation Crew Chief ServiceMaster of Centreville / Clifton, Herndon, Ashburn / Sterling - Sterling VA ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Water and Fire damage mitigation crew chief to join our team. We are a Disaster Restoration company that specializes in fire and water damage mitigation in Virginia with over 27 years' experience. Every applicant must meet these minimum requirements:
  • IICRC certified for WRT
  • Ability to manage time effectively and communicate professionally with customers
  • Ability to lead and direct team members
  • Ability to perform demolition work
  • Ability to attend training classes and pass written examinations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license Preferred candidate requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the disaster restoration industry
  • Knowledge of disaster restoration requirements and programs or the ability to learn them quickly. Day to day duties and responsibilities:
  • Supervising crews and participating in water and fire restoration and mitigation
  • Creating sketches and notes for field work
  • Following appointments as scheduled by office staff Compensation and benefits:
