Role Overview:
As a Certified Fire Investigator / Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFI/CFEI) , you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting fire and explosion scenes. Associates in degree field commensurate with duties. (Experience may be accepted and converted on a case by case basis in order to meet educational standard.) Bachelors or higher preferred. Must have at minimum of CFEI certification throughNAFI, CFI
certification through IAAI (preferred). Must be familiar withNFPA 921.
Must meet all the requirements for qualification as a fire investigator perNFPA 1033. 10
Years Public and/or Private fire investigative duties- actively engaged in Origin and Cause.
