PART-TIME FIRE PREVENTION SPECIALIST KEARNY FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Town of Kearny is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Part-Time Fire Prevention Specialist within the Kearny Fire Department. This role is responsible for conducting fire inspections, enforcing fire safety codes, and supporting community risk reduction efforts to ensure public safety. Applicants must possess a current New Jersey Fire Inspector License; a Fire Official License will also be accepted. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $33.00 and allows for up to 24 hours per week, providing a flexible schedule for qualified candidates.
