As a firefighter with IRIS, you will: Respond to fire, rescue, EMS, hazmat, and emergency service requests/incidents at or near the worksite Conduct emergency response, training, drills, testing, inspections, monitoring, maintenance, pre-plans, and additional services as required Perform search and rescue operations, operate firefighting equipment, provide medical assistance, and enforce fire codes and regulations Engage in ongoing training to maintain skills and knowledgeRequirements:
Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age of 18 Active TWIC card or in the process of obtaining one Physical fitness and ability to pass all pre-employment screenings Capacity to work in high-stress situations and make quick decisions Mechanical aptitude for operating firefighting equipment Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skillsCertifications:

for Technical Rescue NFPA for Hazardous Materials OSHA standards in 29 CFR 1910.120Pre-Employment Screening:
Candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check, substance abuse testing, occupational testing, and physical examination in compliance withDISA PHMSA
