Under the supervision of a ranking officer participates in all departmental activities to protect lives and property within the City. Responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to general calls for service and emergency calls, participating in fire suppression, rescue and emergency medical response activities, disaster operations, hazardous materials release, and other incidents according to established plans and procedures.
