This is a full time, nonexempt civil service position. This is skilled re suppression and emergency response work involving responding to citizen calls for emergency assistance due to res and other crisis situations; operates re suppression equipment. Applicants must complete the written reghter exam, complete a job-related physical agility and tness test, oral interviews, background investigation, and post-offer medical exam. Education and Experience Graduation from high school or GEDCompensation and Benets The assigned salary range for Fireghter under the 2026 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is Grade 58, with an annual salary range of $53,113 $78,847 per year. This is a full time, FLSA non-exempt position. This is a benetted position. Please see the current City of Minot Benets Guide for complete information.
