Job Description
The Bedford County Fire Department is currently accepting applications for part time Firefighter. The primary function of a Bedford County Firefighter (part time) is to protect the community from disaster situations and promote an environment of public safety and fire safety and protection within Bedford County Fire Department's response area. This position also participates in fire prevention and property inspection activities, equipment, and station maintenance, and training dealing with all phases of fire management and emergency operations.
