Compensation Information:
Step Firefighter/Paramedic Annual Rate 1 $81,608 2 $84,465 (minimum of 2 years full-time experience- ) 3 $87,424 (minimum of 4 years full-time experience

- Years of full-time experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic.
Certification Pay:
Intermediate FF- $50/month Advanced FF
- $100/month Master FF
- $150/month
Education Incentive Pay:
Associate's Degree- $50/month Bachelor's Degree
- $100/month Master's Degree
