This position involves responding to emergency calls, assessing patient conditions, and delivering basic life support as required. EMT-Basics work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to perform under pressure while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. Duties Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide high-quality pre-hospital care. Assess patients' conditions and administer basic life support, including CPR and first aid. Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately. Assist in the transportation of patients to medical facilities while ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are operational and ready for use. Collaborate with other emergency personnel to provide comprehensive care during emergencies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans. Requirements Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Proficiency in CPR techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during patient transport. Knowledge of first aid procedures and protocols. Skill in measuring and interpreting vital signs accurately. Mechanical knowledge for operating emergency equipment effectively. A valid c driver's license . Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in high-stress situations.
