Starting Salary:

$76,612 (with ALS certification).

Financial Incentives:

ALS Incentive pay (10% of firefighter salary) plus $2-$3/hr ALS Riding Pay. ($76,612 + $6,948 + $10k Sign-On + ALS riding pay = Total Compensation)

Your Role:

Lead ALS patient care as the primary clinician in high-pressure environments. Operate advanced equipment and implement life-saving protocols including blood administration. Mentor and lead crews during complex medical and fire suppression incidents.
