Full Job Description Overview:
Liberty Security Group is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Mobile Patrol Supervisor. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, including providing officer break coverage, conducting site inspections, supporting officer training, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations, maintaining staffing levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Mobile Patrol Supervisor is also responsible for promoting professionalism by ensuring all security officers maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance while representing Liberty Security Group and our clients.
Standard Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will: MUST be able to pass a criminal background check i.e. no felonies, active warrants, weapons charges, violent or fraudulent misdemeanors. Be available at least two separate shifts days/afternoons/midnights Weekend availability Must have a valid DL or State ID Reliable transportation Have a customer service mindset Be at least 18 years of age Access to a working cell phone This job requires candidates to walk, sit, or stand for long periods of time and may require lifting objects over 30 lbs.
