MRRA's primary goal is to safely 'Advance the Sport' of shooting in every aspect, whether it be firearms or archery related. In all areas, including safety, training, education, and customer experience, both novice and experienced shooters will be met where they are and advanced at their own pace. We are looking for team members that will help not only process transactions and fill classes, but that will develop meaningful relationships with our members and customers and will ensure MRRA is a place recognized for embracing anyone and everyone regardless of age, race, ability, or background.

Range Safety Officer Accountabilities and Attributes:

• Range Safety, Operations & Customer Check-in/Checkout
• Sales (Retail, Training, Memberships, Rentals "Try Before You Buy" & Simulator)
• Range, Carrier, Trap & Simulator Operations
• RSO Booth & Range Area Cleanliness
• Safety-Obsessed — zero tolerance for safety violations
• Welcoming & Encouraging — makes every shooter feel they belong, regardless of experience level
• Alert & Attentive — constantly scanning the range environment
• Calm Under Pressure — handles emergencies, cease-fires, and tense situations with composure
