Office Assistant

The Dent Guys is looking to hire a qualified office assistant to support daily operations at our shop located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. To be successful in this role, you must be a reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will also have good working knowledge of basic office administration processes, automotive repair, and knowledge of CCC One or similar estimating software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Submission and follow up of insurance supplements Professionally calling and corresponding with customers and insurance companies Checking in vehicles for scheduled repairs Maintain company files and records Parts pricing, intake, and returns Accurately maintain and track all repair files and paperwork Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard procedures to accomplish routine tasks Ability to open, create, and modify routine documents and enter/retrieve basic information from various applications and systems Ability to exchange basic information verbally and in writing Knowledge of insurance terminology desired Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment Experience in the autobody industry Familiarity with insurance claims a plus If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
