Using the Magnetitic Particle, Liquid Penetrant and/or Thermography equipment, performs inspections of aircraft, engine, missile, ground support equipment, etc., parts, components, support equipment structural members, components, parts, and other merials for which inspection procedures and/or acceptability standards are inadeque or not available. Uses and maintains tools. Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulions to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Maintains records and documents actions. Work requires stooping, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing in, on, or through aircraft with equipment Qualificions In order to qualify, you must meet the quality level of experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualificion Standards HandbookX-118C.
