Job Description

Quality Assurance & Trainer New Day My Way, LLC Position Overview New Day My Way, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance & Trainer to support our mission of providing exceptional services in compliance with all DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilities) rules. This role ensures that staff are properly trained, documentation is accurate and timely, and daily procedures are consistently followed across all client sites. Key Responsibilities Review daily documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DODD requirements. Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the main office monthly . Conduct staff training on company policies, procedures, and DODD standards at both the main office and client work sites. Monitor daily operations to ensure proper procedures are followed and completed correctly. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and corrective guidance to staff as needed. Maintain clear communication with management regarding compliance issues, training needs, and quality concerns. Assist in developing and updating training materials and quality assurance processes. Schedule Requirements Must be available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily , based on company and client needs. Flexibility to travel between the main office and various client locations working various shifts. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of DODD rules and compliance standards (or willingness to learn). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail. Reliable transportation to travel between sites. Valid High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • No More than 6 points in last two yrs. on your Driver's License
  • Valid vehicle insurance
  • Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
Eligible to work in the US. Must be able to pass a Background Check Must pass the 7 Database Checks What We're Looking For Someone who is proactive, dependable, and passionate about ensuring high‑quality care and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching others, maintaining structure, and supporting a team to meet high standards.
