Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our management team and office personnel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance both customer-facing and office responsibilities. Duties Print, organize, and manage documents as needed. Assist with handling insurance claims. Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Valid driver's license required. Basic computer skills required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Consistently demonstrate dependability by arriving on time and maintaining regular attendance. Previous office/customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
