04/2025 Position Summary The Data Entry Specialist obtains and enters all production information in Misys, Sage, SAP and Customer Records (excel spreadsheets) in a timely and accurate manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: § Communicates effectively with customers, vendors and team members. § Prepare and process customer sales orders (SO's) and company manufacturing orders (MO's). § Update customer production reports (excel spreadsheets). § Check production paperwork in regards to lot numbers and production totals. § Scan and copy all paperwork and email to proper recipients. § Production entry of completed ready-to-ship product and posting of all SKU's billed into MISys and Sage. § Responsible for comparison of man hours to MISys production entries and troubleshooting lot codes. § Entry of inventory adjustments into MISys and Sage. § Update shipping spreadsheet (Excel). § Inventory requirements as directed by department needs. § Product Recall requirements as directed by department needs. § Back-up for QC and finished ticket reviews. § Performs other work-related duties as assigned. § Answers phones § Greet all guests at front entrance § Ensures all guests sign in properly and understand SOP's § Manages office FedEx and UPS inbound and outbound Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) § High School Diploma or GED required § Strong Data Entry skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is critical § Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
