An Immigration or Customs Inspector inspects people and goods crossing the border to ensure legal entry to the United States. Inspects passports and other paperwork, and may inspect luggage; inspects cargo and checks rosters of cargo being shipped; checks for illegal items or items subject to tax.

What You'll Do Perform Virginia state safety and emissions inspections in accordance with applicable regulations. Inspect vehicles thoroughly and accurately identify safety or emissions-related concerns. Complete inspection documentation accurately and efficiently. Communicate inspection results and required repairs clearly with customers and service team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory procedures. Provide professional, courteous service that creates a positive customer experience What You'll Bring Perform state safety and emissions inspections in compliance with applicable state regulations. Accurately complete inspection documentation and electronic reporting as required by the state. Identify and document inspection failures and necessary repairs clearly and professionally. Communicate inspection results to Service Advisors and customers as needed. Ensure adherence to all state, dealership, and manufacturer inspection requirements. Maintain current inspector certifications and licenses.
