Description:
Our Seattle, WA office has an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and guests/clients. We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a service and administrative capacity. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Schedule inspections work orders to ensure they are completed on time Invoicing all inspection work orders daily Assist with AR resolution process for inspections when required Manage/ send Inspection Reports to AHJ's/ K-Drive/ GP daily Process annual renewals of all Inspection agreements Enter new inspection and monitoring contracts into the service system Manage/ update Intents of Lien, Affidavits, Tegris, Brycer, Compliance Depot, Pinnacle, Greystar, W9, Service Agreement information for the inspections business Attend Inspections WIP meetings and provide updates/ meeting minutes Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
AA Degree required, BA college degree preferred 3 + years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required Good written and verbal communication skills required Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
