The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is recruiting for two Disability Adjudicator 1/2/3s located in Anchorage! No Cover Letter Required! These positions are in the General Government Unit (GGU) at a Range 15/17/19.What You Will Be Doing:
As a Disability Adjudicator 1/2/3, you will evaluate medical criteria and eligibility for the Social Security Administration (SSA) disability program. The position specifically analyzes disability claims as required by SSA rules, regulation and policies. The position evaluates data contained from the medical, vocational, and legal reports to determine whether there is a need for additional documentation. This position works up to 1 year under direct, daily, supervision, and structured training to develop knowledge of the programs policies and rules.Our Mission, Values, and Culture:
