Job Description
Current New York State Department of Health employee with permanent or contingent-permanent competitive service as a Health Hearing Examiner, SG-28, OR; Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent or contingent-permanent competitive service in a title at SG-26 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Non-Competitive Candidates via
