According to the Kiowa Tribe Human Resources Policies and Procedures, the Kiowa Tribe recognizes Kiowa Preference first, other federally recognized tribes second and other races last.

The Senior Associate Judge presides over cases as assigned by the Chief Judge to include civil, criminal, and juvenile cases.RESPONSIBILITES
Conducts court proceedings as assigned and as neededAny other duties as assigned by the Chief JudgeQUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a law degree and be a member in good standing of a recognized bar associationMust have high moral character and integrityREQUIREMENTS
Must be willing to submit to and pass the required background investigation based upon the nature of the position and any other applicable requirements.Must be willing to submit to and pass drug testing as required in the Kiowa Tribe Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.
