About Aegis One Aegis One Inc. is a third-party claims administrator (TPA) headquartered in New York with an operations office in Bethlehem, PA. We manage insurance claims on behalf of our clients, combining hands-on claims expertise with our own technology. Our Bethlehem team keeps daily operations running smoothly — and mail is where a lot of that work begins. This is a great opportunity for a student or anyone looking for steady, flexible, professional office experience in the Lehigh Valley. Position Summary We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mail Clerk to support our Bethlehem operations. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Logistics, you'll process incoming and outgoing mail and accurately enter it into our proprietary claims management system. The role is a strong fit for a student who wants dependable part-time hours, real office experience, and a schedule that works around classes. Key Responsibilities Sort, open, and organize incoming physical mail Scan and digitize correspondence, then index it into the claims management system Match documents to the correct claim files with a high degree of accuracy Prepare, label, log, and send outgoing mail Maintain organized records of processed mail Support the logistics team with related administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and professional Basic computer skills; comfortable learning and working in new software Tech-savvy a plus — you'll be working in our claims software daily Able to handle confidential information with discretion — we work with sensitive claim data No prior experience required; we'll train the right person What We Offer Scheduling that flexes around your classes Professional experience in insurance and claims administration Résumé-building exposure to a growing TPA and its technology Please apply with your resume attached.
