We are currently hiring a mail legal assistant to join the team at Matt Fendon Law Group. The perfect candidate would be a fast learner, adaptable, and a team player. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing and saving a high volume of client correspondence. Interacting with clients by attending to rollover calls, intake calls, back up for reception, providing support as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements include:

Bilingual (Spanish). The ability to multi-task, adaptable, skilled with Microsoft Office and at least one year of office experience. Medical/Law Office background is a plus!
