Client Assessment Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
as a Client Assessment Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

Responsible retrieving and appending media documents from firm System of Record to external client systems.

Review and analyze scanning errors.

Data entry and documentation of system of record as needed.

Reviews client SOPs to maintain accuracy and comply with client standards.

Conduct weekly and monthly assessments of key elements as outlined in the Client Directive and Audit Program.

Work with vendors and firm employees for timely completion of assessment deliverables. Conduct ad hoc assessments of key firm processes where applicable.

Demonstrates the Firms Core Values of Do Right, Achieve Results and Maintain Integrity.

All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND
SKILLSCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.

Attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment is required.

Self-Starter and motivated. Must be a quick learner with good problem-solving skills.

A dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service is a must.

Must be a mature individual who is able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Travel excludes local commute.
