Job Description

Ferguson Law PC is hiring an associate for its rapidly growing practice. We take top-tier cases in a small firm environment on both sides of the "v." This unique mix gives you an opportunity to work on a range of cases, from class actions and mass actions, civil rights claims, FOIA/Public Records Act work, shareholder disputes, securities litigation, investment disputes, business disputes and matters for closely-held family offices. We are by trade generalists and take on a range of cases. This role is ideal for someone who feels stifled by Big Law and wants more responsibility and experience at an early stage of their career. You will be given significant early opportunity to take a meaningful part in shaping litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, taking depositions, arguing in court and communicating with clients.
