We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm, recognized for its sixth consecutive year as a Best Law Firm® by U.S. News & World Report's Best Lawyers®. The ideal candidate must be enrolled in law school, preferably in their 2L or 3L year. They must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently for a professional firm. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as it offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with team members and be mentored by experienced partners. Requirements The Law Clerk will assist attorneys with discovery, motion work, research projects, meetings and litigation preparation. Candidate will learn billing and many aspects of civil litigation. Opportunities to assist and/or attend depositions and mediations with handling attorneys may occur.
