Full Job Description Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Review files, organize and calculate billing Serving as a liaison between the client and attorney conducting client interviews/consultations Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and other communications with clients Input, update, and maintain client information and other data in case management system Communicate regularly with attorneys regarding status of assignments Ability to maintain discretion and privacy with confidential matters and documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be fluent in English and Spanish Must have demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the needs of the low income immigrant community Must have strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills Must have familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
