Associate Attorney (Lemon Law)

Pasadena, CA Position Overview Award-winning lemon law firm in Pasadena is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will be a 1st or 2nd year attorney fresh out of law school who would like to practice consumer law. This is a great opportunity for those eager to learn how to try a case from start to finish. This position entails a light caseload (30-40 cases) because client communication is key. -No lemon law experience required- Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and representation to clients in consumer law and lemon law cases. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Maintain a strong understanding of current legal trends and changes in consumer law. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and trust. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 1-2 years experience as a lawyer practicing in CA. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of consumer law, lemon law, and litigation procedures is a plus. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
