Employee Compensation:

Responsibilities As a
Law Clerk:
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda. Assist with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery. Review case files and summarize evidence. Draft correspondence and client communications. Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings with supervising attorneys. Support trial preparation and case strategy development under the mentorship and guidance of highly experienced counsel. Associate Attorney:
Manage a caseload under firm supervision. Represent clients in court hearings and conferences. Draft and argue motions. Conduct depositions and mediations. Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients. Continue developing expertise in Colorado family law. Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest in family law and criminal defense. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and ethical practice.
