We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual, client-focused Receptionist who understands that first impressions matter. Position Overview The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. This role requires professionalism, warmth, efficiency, and strong administrative skills. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced legal environment and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls Greet clients in person with professionalism and empathy Confirm appointments Scan and upload documents Maintain organized front desk and reception area Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative support Maintain confidentiality at all times
