Pay:

$25-$30 per hour Job description: Part-Time Law Clerk position available for recent graduates and recently licensed attorneys Part-time law clerk position is available with The Cochran Firm, DC (www.cochranfirmdc.com) to assist attorneys in a fast paced and exciting plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice firm involving major cases and interesting issues. The position provides opportunity for true hands-on experience and a significant role in the litigation of high-profile cases including investigation, discovery, and trial.

Requirements:

An understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles Strong research and writing capabilities Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Computer experience Previous experience in a personal injury firm (optional but highly preferred) Position is available immediately. Candidates must be able to commit to an average of 25-30 hours per week. Our state-of-the-art office, complete with ergonomic workstations, is located one block from the Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations in the heart of Washington, D.C.
