Job Description
New York and Washington D.C. Offices We are seeking post-clerkship associates to join the Litigation Department and the Appeals & Strategic Motions Practice Group. Willkie highly values the experience judicial clerks bring to the firm. Former clerks play an integral role across our practice, and our team includes former Supreme Court, federal court of appeals, and district court clerks. Attorneys with clerkship experience are in strong demand across the firm's litigation platform. The firm is actively recruiting judicial clerks who are eager to work closely with experienced practitioners, benefit from meaningful mentorship, and enhance our growing practice. While the firm considers judicial clerks year-round, those interested in joining the firm in the fall are encouraged to apply during the preceding winter.
