We are dedicated to providing strong legal representation and ensuring clients receive the attention they deserve from the start of their legal journey. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to handle new client inquiries and assess potential cases. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure an efficient intake process. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Creole is highly preferred. Answer calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients Conduct initial screenings to gather case details and determine eligibility Document and organize client information in the case management system Schedule consultations and follow up on pending intakes Provide clear and professional communication to clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or customer service role preferred Fluency in English and Spanish required; Creole is highly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus Professional and empathetic demeanor when speaking with clients
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
