Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for a Client Associate to:

keep management systems up-to-date with client information
educate clients on account services and capabilities
help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities Your team You'll be working with a Private Wealth Team located in Winter Park, FL.

As a client associate, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. Our team delivers tailored products, strategies and services for the families we serve. As a Client Service Associate, you'll play an important role in partnering and supporting our Financial Advisors to provide personalized service for clientele, team support and overall growth of the business. Your expertise

Client service experience within the finance, hospitality or similar industries.
Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands`
excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
