As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. This is a nationwide search and the opportunity is open to multiple large markets. You have 2-5 years of meaningful experience in affordable housing or real estate practice. You're knowledgeable in developer representation and financing for residential and commercial projects. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills and are the state bar of a major metropolitan city where Nelson Mullins has an office. At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. The salary/wage for this role is $215,000 - $270,000 annually.
