The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and document management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a law office. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic law office environment, providing essential administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and clients alike. Duties Manage legal documents through review, drafting, and proofreading. Support case management by organizing files, maintaining document management systems, and ensuring timely filing of legal documents. Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, pleadings, and other documentation with precision. Coordinate with clients, courts, and external agencies using professional phone etiquette and communication. Assist attorneys with project management tasks related to estate planning, family law, personal injury law, and litigation support. Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing case deadlines and attorney calendars. Requirements Proven office experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Attention to detail for document preparation, review and related tasks. Administrative experience including strong computer skills. Professional etiquette.
