Law Fellow Tulane University - 4.0 New Orleans, LA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Doctor of Law (JD) Full Job Description The Law Fellow is assigned a diverse range of research and projects handled by the Office of the General Counsel, including issues related to labor and employment, litigation, contracts, research, intellectual property, tax and non-profit law, higher education law, privacy, compliance, business transactions, construction, real estate, international programs, and general business transactions. The Fellow will review and draft agreements, assist with policy development, draft position statements and cease and desist letters and monitor trends and news in higher education. This is a one-year fellowship, which may be renewed for one additional year.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
: A Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school within the last year.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Tulane Juris Doctorate Preferred Current license to practice law in Louisiana or eligibility for admission within one year.
